El campeón de España de apnea Rafael Serrano, se encarga de impartir en Menorca dos cursos para todos los públicos. Este descenso a las profundidades "aporta paz a las vidas más agitadas", según Serrano, quien mantiene que "es un deporte totalmente seguro".
El campió d'Espanya d'Apnea, Rafael Serrano, ha impartit a Menorca un curs en el qual ha ensenyat als alumnes a submergir-se fins a 20 metres sense oxígen. Diu que el més important és aconseguir un estat de relaxació. Alguns dels alumnes novells han pogut estar fins a 3 minuts sense respirar dins l'aigua.
